Privacy notice
How information is handled when you visit our website or contact us.
This notice explains how ECE Markets LLC handles information through ece-markets.com, including page visits, fit-guide requests, location-evaluation forms and embedded chat. ECE Markets LLC is based in Greater Houston. This notice does not cover information collected through purchases, payment processing or cameras at equipment locations; those activities need separate privacy information where applicable.
What we collect
Fit-guide requests. Your email, property or company name, optional first name, and answers about property type, estimated foot traffic, goals, available space and service area. We also keep a request reference, submission time, the guide selected, a duplicate-prevention identifier, the request-notice version and delivery/status records. New requests using the updated form also retain a copy of its request wording; older records may contain only the notice version.
Location evaluations. Your name, email, company or property, location type and estimated daily traffic; plus a phone number, address or neighborhood, and message if you choose to provide them. We keep a reference, submission time, duplicate-prevention identifier, request-notice version and processing records for follow-up and delivery troubleshooting.
Chat. Names, email and any optional phone number you submit, along with messages and conversation details when you use the chat. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive details through these channels.
Technical information. Loading our site or embedded services can provide our providers with your IP address, browser/device information, requested pages and request times for delivery, operation and security. This can happen without submitting a form.
How ECE uses your details
We use information to send the requested guide, answer questions, assess and discuss a location you ask us to review, maintain correspondence, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, and investigate delivery problems. ECE handles inquiries through sales@ece-markets.com.
When you submit the updated fit-guide form, we also use your answers and optional first name to personalize up to two follow-up emails about smart-market options for your location, ECE's services and a free consultation. We keep the wording and version of the request notice, follow-up status, delivery records and any stop instruction so we can honor your choices.
Reply to a follow-up email to pause the automated sequence, or reply “unsubscribe” or contact sales@ece-markets.com to stop further optional follow-up. You do not need an account or a request reference. Requesting a location evaluation also stops the automated sequence so ECE can respond to that inquiry.
Earlier requests made under our guide-only notice remain guide-only; we do not enroll those requests in this follow-up sequence. A fit-guide request does not authorize calls or texts, book a consultation or subscribe you to an ongoing newsletter.
We do not sell inquiry information or upload it into advertising platforms. When an inquiry becomes an opportunity, ECE brings the relevant details into our VendScout CRM account to manage the opportunity and follow-up.
Who helps handle the information
- Hostinger: hosts our website and private form-request records.
- Microsoft 365: handles ECE's email, including fit-guide delivery, sales notifications and correspondence. Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate hold private follow-up records and help schedule the disclosed emails, check replies and stop requests, and record delivery attempts. ECE reviews exceptions and requests that need personal attention.
- FormSubmit: receives location-evaluation details to deliver them to ECE's sales mailbox. Fit-guide requests use the separate Microsoft email route.
- VendHub / VendScout, operated by Modern Amenities: receives contact and conversation details submitted through the embedded chat. Contact submissions can be recorded as inquiries in VendScout. ECE also uses its VendScout CRM account to manage inquiries that become opportunities, including relevant contact, location and correspondence details. VendHub's public privacy policy describes the use of AI service providers for automated features.
These services have their own infrastructure and processing practices; information may be processed outside your state or country. We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with law or address fraud or security incidents.

Chat, cookies and advertising
The chat service loads automatically on our main page and contacts VendHub to load its configuration before you open it. Messages and contact details you submit are sent to VendHub, not just kept on your screen. Chat may be unavailable or provide inaccurate automated replies. Contact ECE directly to confirm recommendations or terms.
Our website does not currently include ECE-installed advertising pixels. Embedded providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their services, as described in their policies. Browser controls can restrict cookies and site data, but may affect functionality; they do not erase requests already submitted.
You can use our forms or contact us directly instead of chatting. Opening this privacy page directly or in a new tab does not load its chat widget; it does not undo information already sent from the main page. We will review this notice and any required choices before introducing advertising tracking.
Records and retention
Submitted requests remain in ECE's hosted records, email or chat systems after you close the page. Closing your browser does not delete them. ECE has not set an automatic deletion period for these website inquiries.
Our starting policy is to review inactive inquiries after 12 months without meaningful customer interaction and active opportunities quarterly. These are review points, not automatic deletion dates. We keep relevant information while there is a genuine business need or a legal preservation requirement; sending unanswered follow-up emails does not restart the inactivity period.
Retention depends on inquiry follow-up, an ongoing business relationship, security, dispute resolution and legal recordkeeping requirements, as well as applicable provider practices. You can ask us to review or delete your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and provider backup copies may not disappear immediately.
Your choices and how to contact us
Email sales@ece-markets.com or call (713) 516-3435. You can ask what information we hold, request a copy, ask for a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up. “Privacy request” is a helpful subject line, but it is not required. You do not need a request reference or a new account. Even Skov-Skov owns ECE's privacy-request review.
We acknowledge privacy requests within five business days and respond without undue delay, no later than 45 calendar days after receipt—or sooner where required by applicable law. If a legally permitted extension is necessary, we will explain why and provide the revised response deadline before the original deadline expires.
We may need to verify your identity using information related to your request. Please do not email identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate method. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we explain our decision and how to ask for review. You can reply or use the contact details above; “Privacy appeal” is an optional subject line. You may also contact your state's privacy regulator, including the Texas Attorney General.
Children and notice changes
This business-inquiry website is intended for adults, not children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us. When our practices change, we will update this notice and its date and provide additional notice or choices where required.
