What type of solution is right for my location?+
We start with your people, available space, access hours and product needs. From individual cabinets to coordinated market setups, we explore configurations together and confirm the equipment and assortment through a location review.
Does ECE Markets only use one equipment brand?+
No. We work across equipment categories and select technology based on the needs of the location rather than forcing every property into one system.
What does the no-cost offer include?+
Equipment and installation are provided at no cost for qualifying locations, subject to site review, an agreed scope and a signed agreement. Your team provides approved space, power and agreed access, approves the setup and names a property contact. Shoppers pay for their purchases. Connectivity, any site preparation and custom finishes are scoped together before commitment; pictured finishes are not automatically included.
Who handles stocking and service?+
ECE sources products, stocks and replenishes the amenity, manages the payment setup and shopper contact route, and coordinates cleaning, maintenance and equipment servicing. Your team does not take on day-to-day retail management. Community feedback and purchasing patterns help us refine the selection.
